Fat Joy is a Radical Act

At the core of Chubby Candy beats the bold belief that everybody is inherently deserving of love. And loving ourselves means owning things that respect our body and fit perfectly (+eating ice cream for breakfast occasionally).

An illustration of a joyful fat woman with purple hair styled in buns, lounging on a green inflatable pool ring. She is wearing a pink striped swimsuit and has colorful bracelets and earrings. The woman is raising one leg and arm in a playful pose, holding a cocktail glass, and surrounded by a few splashes of water, indicating movement. The background features a simplistic floral pattern, giving off a vibe of summer fun and relaxation.

Stitch the world together with threads of empathy, because shame unraveled the fabric of our shared humanity.

I’m Not So Cool in Real Life...

One day I was fed up with buying cute bracelets online that didn't fit around my wrists or where just too damn tight (it took me several $$$ to finally learn). So I began making my own plus-size jewellery. The style of Chubby Candy is minimal, with a touch of quirkiness. Cool, yet wearable on the playground. But ultimately, style is what you make of it. Wear your piece on its own, or add it to your favourite stack to make it oh so much. Play, have fun – joy is a revolutionary act.
