What is your returns policy?
My returns policy couldn’t be simpler.I offer an exchange or full refund if you decide to return your order within 14 days of purchase. You have 14 days from receiving your order to exchange or return it, provided the piece is unworn and in perfect condition. This 14 days return policy applies to all pieces except bespoke, custom made or personalised jewellery
How do I exchange or return something?
Please contact Chubby Candy, and I will get you sorted. Please note that the shipping costs for the exchange or return are your responsibility.If you would like to exchange for a different item, I'll wait until the returned item is received before sending out the new item.Shipping fees will apply for exchanges
Have you received my returned piece?
Your return will be processed within seven working days of receiving it in my studio. Once your return has been checked, I will email you to confirm. I always recommend that you return your piece via tracked post to ensure it arrives safely. If you keep a hold of the tracking number, you can also check when it has arrived back at my studio
