If I need my order by a certain date, can you have it ready by then?
I try my best to get all orders to customers on time however, ideally, I recommend the following when placing an order:Please give me 1-2 weeks when ordering from us.
What are your estimated delivery times?
Once your piece is dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows: Switzerland: 1-3 working days / UK: 5-7 working days / Europe: 5-7 working days / USA: 7-10 working days / Australia: 10-12 working days / Rest of the World: 10-12 working days. I use Swiss Post to ship your piece home, a fully tracked service door-to-door.
How much does delivery cost?
All pieces ordered on Chubby Candy include shipping worldwide.Please note: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
How do I track my order?
All our orders come with free tracked worldwide shipping. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes your very own tracking number. I use Swiss Post to ship your piece home, a fully tracked service door-to-door.
Can I change the address on the Chubby Candy order I placed?
If your order has not already been dispatched, that is no problem.Please email me as soon as possible to let us know where you would like your piece shipped.If you have already received tracking information, I, unfortunately, cannot change your details
How do I track my Swiss Post delivery?
Swiss Post offers incredible service. Once your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. If you click on your tracking number, it will bring you directly to the live tracking of your parcel.
